Overview

At Dreams to Hold Onto, your order does not begin until full payment is made. I’ll reach out as soon as you place your order to begin discussions about your vision for installation, (a) the dreams you’d like to capture, (b) color palette, (c) placement and (d) timeline for delivery. Dreamquins begin with a fully customized purchase of materials, ornaments and highlights purchased just for your installation. We discuss all your selections up front and you’ll see samples of all ornaments and materials before work begins.

Up to the date YOU review and approve your selections, full payment is eligible for refund. Once you approve selections and work begins to handcraft your Dreamquin, full payment is nonrefundable. No exceptions.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received in writing and approved, then your refund is processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at deborah@dreamstoholdonto.com.

Gifts

If you purchase a Dreamquin as a gift, and it is shipped to the address of a beneficiary, you may be eligible for partial refund in the event the gift is to be returned. ALL shipping cost for the return of the gift Dreamquin must be paid by the sender. Once the returned Dreamquin is received by our office, we will notify you via email.

Upon review of the condition of the returned Dreamquin and approval of partial refund, we will process a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. The amount of the partial refund will be considered on case-by-case basis based on the condition of the Dreamquin upon receipt.

Shipping Returns

Even in the event of a nonrefundable payment, you may wish to return your Dreamquin. To return your Dreamquin, you should ship your artwork in the box with which it was delivered. The return shipment address will be emailed to you, when your refund is approved.

You will be responsible for paying ALL shipping costs for returning your Dreamquin. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the exceptional event that you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a Life-size Dreamquin, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
